Excellent service.
I went to Thys to get an oil change and have some recall work done on my 2013 Chevy Spark. I arrived at the scheduled time of 8am. The oil was changed and the recall work was done by 9:30!
I've made appointments at some dealers and had to hang around all day because the service department never bothered to order the parts or they overbooked their mechanics but Thys was dependable, timely, and trustworthy!
I ALWAYS have an excellent experience when I take any of our three vehicles to Thys. They are always efficient, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, just an all around good place to have our vehicles serviced. I appreciate the ability to make an appointment--get in, get out.

I went to Thys in Toledo and I was pleasantly surprised. After doing some research and reading some reviews I drove an hour to test drive a car. I HATE big car lots and love the small town atmosphere provided. Les Wood was EXCEPTIONAL and made my experience everything I hoped it would be and more. He really went out of his way to make sure everything I needed was taken care of and then some. If you are looking for a car I would definitely reach out to him and I plan to again.
